Just like you said, "being afraid is inevitable," so there's no wrong in being scared of something, but we shouldn't let that fear swallow us whole. I hope things work out well for you on the insecurities aspect and that you'd be able to express yourself more just like you did with this post.
Speaking of pets, pandas are cute, too, and I have watched a few movies about them. I hope they don't go extinct, too.
