Trips that are gifts of happiness
Greetings, my dear Ladies of Hive. I hope you are doing very well with abundant health and well-being and that you have a good weekend.
I share my participation in the #238 edition of the contest to which we are invited, weekly, by the Ladies of Hive. On this occasion, I will answer the questions that our friend @jane1289 has proposed for this week:
1️⃣ Do you prefer to travel alone, with friends, or with family?
2️⃣ As a woman, do you consider Solo Travel as a way of ‘Me Time’ and self care?
Definitely, I do believe that traveling alone can be a wonderful way to have ‘me time’ and take care of myself. It seems to me that it would be an adventurous, enriching and very valuable experience. Being alone in another place, discovering new cultures, flavors and landscapes, would allow me to connect with myself in a very special way. Sometimes we need a space away from daily routines and responsibilities to listen to ourselves, to remember what makes us good, what inspires us and what makes us happy. And when you are happy, you also have more energy and joy to share with others. So yes, I think I can treat myself to a solo trip at some point in my life.

Comparto mi participación en la edición #238 del concurso al que nos invitan, semanalmente, las Damas de Hive. En esta ocasión, daré respuesta a las preguntas que nos ha propuesto la amiga @jane1289 para esta semana:

Definitivamente, sí creo que viajar sola puede ser una maravillosa forma de tener tiempo para mí y cuidarme. Me parece que sería una experiencia aventurera, enriquecedora y muy valiosa. Estar sola en otro lugar, descubriendo nuevas culturas, sabores y paisajes, me permitiría conectar conmigo misma de una manera muy especial. A veces necesitamos un espacio lejos de las rutinas y responsabilidades diarias para escucharnos, para recordar qué nos hace bien, qué nos inspira y qué nos hace felices. Y cuando una está feliz, también tiene más energía y alegría para compartir con los demás. Así que sí, creo que poder regalarme la oportunidad de un viaje sola en algún momento de mi vida.
Now, if you ask me with whom I prefer to travel, my immediate answer is: with my family! I love to share with them those discoveries, those landscapes and unforgettable moments. Laughing together, trying new foods, taking a thousand photos. Traveling as a family has a special flavor, because you take with you many memories of the place, and also those of being together living something new.
Earlier this year I had the joy of taking a trip alone with my daughter, an experience that turned out to be as wonderful as it was unforgettable. We shared unique moments, laughed, talked, discovered new places and enjoyed every moment to the fullest, from the moment we left until we returned. Without a doubt, this trip left us with indelible memories and we are already dreaming of the next adventure together.
So I think both things can coexist. Traveling alone can be a personal gift I give myself sometime, to take care of myself. And traveling with my family is still one of my favorite plans, because I enjoy it with all my heart.
Ahora bien, si me preguntan con quién prefiero viajar, mi respuesta inmediata es: ¡con mi familia! Me encanta compartir con ellos esos descubrimientos, esos paisajes y momentos inolvidables. Reírnos juntos, probar comidas nuevas, tomar mil fotos. Viajar en familia tiene un sabor especial, porque uno se lleva muchos recuerdos del lugar, y también los de estar juntos viviendo algo nuevo.
A principios de este año tuve la dicha de hacer un viaje sola con mi hija, una experiencia que resultó ser tan maravillosa como inolvidable. Compartimos momentos únicos, nos reímos, conversamos, descubrimos lugares nuevos y disfrutamos al máximo cada instante, desde que salimos hasta el regreso. Sin duda, este viaje nos dejó recuerdos imborrables y ya estamos soñando con la próxima aventura juntas.
Así que creo que ambas cosas pueden convivir. Viajar sola puede ser un regalo personal que me haga alguna vez, para cuidar de mí. Y viajar con mi familia sigue siendo de mis planes favoritos, porque lo disfruto con todo mi corazón.

Travelling with family is really a great choice because there are many advantages, good to read your posts.
There are moments that I imagine myself travelling alone, but I never tried it, so I usually travel with family and friends and it was a great experience indeed.
So nice to see that you had the best with time with your daughter. May you have more wonderful moments like this in the future 🥰
Que bueno dejas ver que tienes mucho valor y autoconfianza aceptando el reto de viajar sola como una oportunidad de estar contigo misma espiritualmente y crecer. Igual cuando estás con tu familia puedes descubrir muchas cosas, contar las experiencias, opinar acerca de los lugares, así como, protegerse los unos a los otros lo cual siempre será algo importante. Me gustaron las fotos de vista aerea, y lugares coloniales, asi como, las de naturaleza y abrazo familiar. Excelente post @aurodivys, bien hecho.
It's great that you demonstrate your courage and self-confidence by accepting the challenge of traveling alone as an opportunity to connect with yourself spiritually and grow. Likewise, when you're with your family, you can discover many things, share experiences, share opinions about places, and protect each other, which will always be important. I liked the photos of aerial views and colonial sites, as well as the nature and family hugs. Excellent post @aurodivys, well done. #ladiesofhive
Even at my stage in life I would prefer to spend what time I can with my family.
