Lets Promote This Contest...

I hope that all of you will be fine and good. One week before I started a contest in a proper way which was connected according to the #ArcadeColony Project and in it I wanted to arrange different questions and different contests.

But unfortunately this platform got closed and now there is no purpose left to arrange contests in it. But still I am connected with this platform and will wait for it to reopen and enjoy playing cards and investing in NFT's.

I was thinking what kind of contests I should do so that I myself also stay entertained and along with that my other Hive blockchain users who are friends and followers, I can also attract them.

So I thought that today I ask another question and present a contest so that it becomes interesting and peoples information in it also increases.

And surely this is also such a way from where Hive users can easily earn money if they can understand it in the true meaning.

So todays content will be about liquidity pool. This is a famous concept in the Hive ecosystem where people are accessing it and also understanding it and from here they are also earning a lot.

Liquidity pool you can access from any Hive exchange. I myself prefer #TribalDex more because here my experience is quite high and this exchange is also quite safe and secure.

So in liquidity pool what happens is that you make a pool of two tokens and invest there so that you provide liquidity for people. Now in these two tokens whatever transactions happen according to the volume on every transaction you keep getting fee earning.

For example if I talk about SWAP.HIVE and SWAP.COLONY then in both of them whatever transactions keep happening because I have kept both these tokens in the pool so I will keep getting earning according to that.

Now the question is in this contest that

"is there still benefit of investing in liquidity pool?"

If yes then what are its benefits and what are its disadvantages?

This is a short question where every user will share their opinion and whose opinion I like more according to my experience I will get them a Helios vote just like I have done before.
