Cinematic Rescue | Far Cry New Dawn

After rescuing the first hostage, Mickey pushed me to save four more under three minutes. I faced tough highwaymen, bombs strapped to victims, and blocked paths. Despite setbacks and restarts, I defused bombs, fought enemies with grenades and smoke, and freed chained hostages.

Finally, I reached Rush tied up inside the refinery, with no time to waste.

The story wasn't finished yet. After rescuing the first hostages, Mickey challenged me to rescue more from four more locations and in under 3 minutes. That's the first one I found who had a bomb on his chest, that I defused after finding him.

I went to the next location where I noticed a highwayman who had high health bar and heavy armor. I knew taking him down with bullets would be hard so I threw a bomb at him and blew him up.

Then I tried to open that door and rescue the next hostage but the door of that cabin was blocked by a tractor. I didn't find a way to get in there. More of the highwaymen came over and started shooting me so I had to shoot back.

I lost the time fighting the enemies and I knew there'd be a restart so I gave up and I jumped into that fire at the last moment.

After rescuing the first man fast, I rushed into this building where I found a group of highwaymen looking around for me. I started shooting them but they shot me down.

It was another restart where I went to the roof and found a highwayman was wandering around. I tried to take him down silently but I couldn't so I shot him down.

Other highwaymen heard the gunshots and rushed to the roof. I took some down with a grenade and then I shot one down after covering him with a smoke grenade.

This time I looked for the other hostages first after defusing the bomb of the man I already knew the location of. This was a lady and after defusing the bomb from her, I got a new objective of defusing bomb from the basement.

I had the key so I opened the door easily and found a lot of hostages caged in the basement. There I had to interact with some switches to defuse the bomb.

I defused the bomb just fine but there came some highwaymen to the basement to attack me and they managed to take me down.

Its great that I didn't have to do the same things over as there was a restore point somewhere.

The game was not ended yet. There were three hostages chain locked on three different trees. I had to shoot the chain locks when more highwaymen kept looking for me.

I shot all three chain locks ignoring the highwaymen as there was a timer. Then Mickey wanted me to join them inside and do whatever they want, or Rush dies. I had to stash my weapons after reaching the refinery door and I found Rush tied in there.
