This morning at 6 o'clock, I was driving home and decided to stop by the pond in the Zarechnaya part of the regional center, to the Titanic entertainment complex. I thought there were already birds on the pond, and I was especially interested in seeing swans.

The water has not yet risen in full force. But if the rise occurs by another 20-30 cm, then the water will block the water. This happens almost every year.

What did I want to say? It turned out that there was still ice on the pond. Old ice is visible in the distance, and thin ice is near the shore, which formed at night due to the negative temperature. After two weeks of abnormally high temperatures this week, the air did not warm up above +5 degrees during the day, and at night the thermometer showed minus.

The situation on the pond became clear to me. I was also hampered by the sun shining in my face. To get good pictures, I took 3 frames with different shutter speeds and further processed them to get an HDR image.

I crossed the road to the river, which is now at my feet, and the sun is shining on the object, not on my face.

Yes, the 12mm widescreen lens that I have at home could be useful here, but I only have my main lens with a range of 18-400mm with me.
I took pictures from the low right bank of the village of Dymkovo, where the Dymkovo toy was produced. Now these clay souvenir toys are made in the city of Kirov itself.
Yes, I could say that Kirov is located on the left bank of the river, but in fact, the city is already located on both banks, and both parts of the city are connected by two bridges. Before every election of the governor or Parliament of a country or region, there is talk of building a third bridge that could relieve the streets of the city. But after the end of the election campaign, all conversations end.

Looking at the bridge, I can determine the approximate level of water rise. In the summer, I can safely walk under the bridge. This means that the water has risen by about 2 and a half meters. The railings of the bridge were removed, and concrete blocks were installed. This road leads to several villages that are flooded by water.
