Decisions are a key word in life. Achlys had to accept the fate that was dealt to him like a gambler, learning the lesson the hard way and accepting that fate is often unpredictable.

Thank you very much, @anibal-aa. I think the story might be a little dark for some readers, but darkness is a part of life. Can't always have rainbows and flowers :)
I enjoyed doing this. It's nice that some people appreciated it.
