Hello wonderful ladies here. This weeks topic by @joanstewart discusses this.

  1. Mental health. Only half of people describe their meantal health as good, unable to switch off from work, etc. How do you cope in an ever changing world?

  2. Household responsibilities and care: in many homes, partners/spouse statistics reveal the woman continues with cleaning, child care, assisting aged relatives, shopping for the home, with partner/spouse happy sharing finances. All except last-mentioned category run "50%-and-above" where women tend to remain homemakers. How are things structured in your home?

Mental health.

Every one across the world now advocates about mental health. It is a very serious problem. Many tend to give up on their lives because of this issue. And no one is above in questioning. Mental health is everyone's struggle in daily life. We tend to focus on this but unable to weigh in to the other doing. I am half of those who will describe my mental state being is good. I cope up easily in my daily challenging and changing world. My world now revolves about being a wife and a mother. Luckily i have strong spiritual strength that in whatever people gossip or say about me doesn't really affect my well being. For i knew that in my husband and children eyes i am worthy and priceless. In this world where constant thing is change we need to find balance in our daily life.

Household responsibilities and care.

Our home is our happy place. I am not the only one taking care of everything in our home. In terms of cleaning, my eldest son is capable in helping in his own way. In shopping and buying our necessities, me and my husband take turns in it. In times that i am busy he'll do it in his day offs and free time and also in our childrens care he would help me. I guess that is the foundation of marriage, helping and sharing in every move to enhance the growth of love and compassion. My husband is my rock in balancing my life, were a good team. We are normalizing in our household where everyone has a voice, whether it is our children we listen and hears them.

Most importantly we must listen to ourselves, make happy moments with our families and friends. And make a happy verson with in. It is a fact that we are phenomenal. Womens are phenomenal. Nowadays it is proven in every field. We make ways, our voice are heard and we make big difference. Whether it is in our home, in our community, in field of work and in other aspects we continue to make influence.
