The street has become an alleyway trapped by walls of invisible clocks atop insurmountable towers, a coming and going of seconds and infinite, mortal cobblestones. Bicycles sleep, wrapped in the rust of the saltpeter that comes from the canal, witness to the passing of days and the loss of nights. Is there a loss that time has taken, something we don't know how to recognize, something untrained human eyes can't see with the naked eye? Red bricks fall one after another, something is destroyed, something is lost, there are hurried footsteps on the cobblestone streets and letters that fly invisibly in the air, letters that were never delivered, phantom letters. No hours are marked on the clock; at the top of the tower, absences are marked; time didn't stop; it hid because it couldn't bear one more knowing glance.

La calle se ha convertido en un callejón atrapado por los muros de invisibles relojes en lo alto de infranqueables torres un ir y venir de segundos y adoquines infinitos, mortales. Las bicicletas duermen arropadas por el óxido del salitre que proviene del canal, testigo de los pasos de los dias y la perdida de las noches. ¿Hay una perdida que se llevó el tiempo, algo que no sabemos reconocer, algo que los ojos humanos no entrenados no pueden ver a simple vista? Ladrillos rojos caen uno tras otro, algo se destruye algo se pierde, hay pasos apresurados en las calles de adoquines y cartas que vuelan invisibles en el aire, cartas que nunca fueron entregadas, cartas fantasmas. No se marcan horas en el reloj, en lo alto de la torre se marcan las ausencias, el tiempo no se detuvo se escondió porque no aguantaba una mirada cómplice más.
