En muchas ciudades las aves que se pueden ver comúnmente son las palomas, aves que se han adaptado muy bien a la vida de la ciudad, que son capaces de incluso anidar entre los edificios, quizás otras aves que se pueden ver son los cuervos que son aves muy inteligentes y también se han adaptado a la vida de la ciudad muchas de ellas debido a su inteligencia.

En caracas como e dicho en otras publicaciones, tiene muchas zonas verdes, como la principal la montaña del Ávila, la ucv, que tiene dentro y cerca, como por ejemplo el jardín botánico tiene mucha vegetación, y en las mismas avenidas y calles y en muchas casas y urbanizaciones, se puede ver muchos arboles.

Es por esto que en caracas se ven varaias especies de guacamayas, con sus bello plumaje, hermoso y brillante, asi se le puede ver como en la foto, cerca de el CCCT comercial tamanaco, detras de una valla publicitaria, descansando, y como en la ultima foto se ve como se posan sobre la luz publica en plaza venezuela, y como esto en muchas zonas de caracas se ve esta ave que en otros lugares se puede pensar que son excluusivos de la selva en venezuela estan en plana capital.
